Benefits Summary
Health Insurance
R.A. Heating & Air Conditioning employees and families are eligible for health insurance coverage beginning first of the month following 90 days from their date of hire. Our health care plan is first dollar coverage (meaning no deductible per person to fulfill), a $20 co pay per visit, unlimited coverage, and is 100% paid for by the company for the employee and their entire family! A ZERO out-of-pocket expense to employee.
401(k) Plan
Our 401(k) plan is administered by Principal Financial Investments, offering numerous investment options with access to a retirement manager. Employees can contribute pre-tax dollars; an R. A. Heating & Air Conditioning match 100% on the first 4% employee contributes.
Time Off Benefits
Employees begin accruing vacation on the first day of employment. Six paid Holidays; in addition, full-time employees accrue personal days beginning on their date of hire and accrue a maximum of up to 5 personal days annually.
Term Life Insurance
R.A. Heating & Air Conditioning offers Term Life and ADD insurance to all full-time employees and their families at no cost; coverage is a maximum up to $15,000.
